Privacy Policy (English)

CDIA Redes (redes.cdia.pro) is an internal tool used by CDIA to reply to comments and messages on its own Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official Instagram API.

Data we process. For the connected account: account ID, username, the access token issued by Instagram (stored encrypted), and the account's media and insights. For people who interact with that account: Instagram-scoped ID, username and profile name when provided by Instagram, the text of their comments on the account's media, the direct messages exchanged with the account, the buttons they tap, and whether they follow the account.

Purpose. To reply to comments and send the private message the person asked for when commenting, and to show the account owner the status of those conversations and the performance of their posts. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the providers that run the service (Supabase, Vercel, Railway).

Retention and deletion. Data is kept while the Instagram account remains connected. Removing the app in Instagram (Settings › Apps and websites) triggers our data deletion callback, which deletes the account and all related data; the status can be checked at redes.cdia.pro/borrado. People who interacted with the account can request deletion at auratechia@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days.
